Benefiting Dress for Success Houston
On Saturday, November 7th, the 9,000-square-foot, European-style digs of The Tasting Room-Uptown Park will host their 12th annual Houston Cellar Classic Grand Tasting, with Dress for Success Houston as the beneficiary! From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., tastings of more than 100 different wines will be poured alongside culinary creations from local restaurants, which will be up for the winning prize of People’s Choice and Media’s Choice. Spend the afternoon wandering from table to table enjoying the samplings and live music from the fan-favorite band, The Revelators. Find some wines you love? Take them home with you! All of the wine being tasted is available for retail sale at the best possible prices.
This year we will be featuring wines, such as Antinori, Beringer, Bichot, Cakebread, Dom Perignon, Duckhorn, Far Niente, Moët, Nickel & Nickel, Paraduxx, Sequoia Grove, Sonoma-Cutrer, Stags’ Leap, Willakenzie and more!
And to help support Dress for Success Houston, we will be hosting a purse drive where we are asking guests to donate a new or gently used purse to help DFSH provide more than just a suit for women, but a confidence boost, as well.
